MY bubbles

It’s not exactly my favourite season, but I can’t help noticing there was quite some nice weather out there. It was sunny for many days, even if the mornings prove to be uncomfortable on the way to the station. We did manage to go biking this weekend, exploring our new town surroundings. Hilly surroundings. Much as I loved the weather, I had some minor difficulties in coping with the upwards parts.

Now, the downside of autumn had to take its place too. My husband has been fighting a throat infection for a while now, and guess what, it’s coming my way. Air conditioned at the office doesn’t make it any easier. Not to mention that in a few days I will have an important meeting where I have to do some extensive talking. If I still have my voice…

Luckily, we will very soon be able to take a decent bubble bath! I really really can’t wait. My first real bubble bath in years! The ones at my parents-in-law where you have to pray there’s water left to rinse don’t count :-) MY BUBBLES! MINE! MINE!! MINE!!!

Oh my god, how were you able to survive without a decent bubble-bath??? What did you do to all these nice little bottles of your that you were so fond of in England????

But maybe I should not tell you that my parents just installed one of these whirlpool thingies in the bathroom which produces even more bubbles....

By the way, try "ipalat" for your throat, this are little good tasting sweets especially for those who speak a lot (like you ;-)) or sing like me. If you don't have them in Belgium, I can send you some!

Mmh, really interesting what you two are concerned about. The truth is I haven't taken a bubble-bath since I was a child and I don't miss anything. Maybe I'm a bit strange!? Well, I have some other ways to relax...
