A heap of good news

1. I can update my blog again from my work pc (didn't have time to check until now, but it seems to work, I got no error messages so far...)

2. Of course, I have a new job. I just started Monday, and it's really nice. I wasn't very sure what to expect. I was quite impressed on the place from the way they handled the interviews and all the process before I started. The atmosphere is actually really ok, not the typical consultancy, in the good sense. I get a lot of info and explanations (a LOT of info... :-), I have a "mentor" for the first half year. Colleagues go at the canteen together every day, including the big bosses. The good way of the American way :-) And, so that I'm not to sorry for missing my chance of going to the US in February because of starting the job here, I will go to Atlanta sometime in the summer along with everybody in the office (it happens once a year). Oh, and the salary package is quite ok ;-)

3. I just passed my theory test for my driving licence, with 49 out of 50. Yes, I am a freak, everybody knows it. Just wait till I get my hands on a car...

Hopefully more updates coming soon.

Congratulations for both the new job and passing the first stage of getting your own driving licence!

By the way, did you ever receive my e-card with a lot of HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes? If not, sorry it tried this page for the first time!

So, when will you find time to visit me in London? I "found" my decission and well, it happens to be RMS again - so there is no way out, you have to come over between 23rd of April and 12th of July! Maybe we can convince Amandine to visit at the same time - would be great!

thanks for the congrats, and the B-day card, I did receive it. It's just been horrible lately to catch up with all the mails and on-line "activities", since i have to do quite a lot for my job, and then evenings for driving school and all.

Good choice! :-) I surely will be coming to London, what do you imagine!? I'll try to see for sometime in May, then maybe come again with my husband later on, cause he would want to go there again. we'll do some lobbying on Amandine then :-)
