Atomium

Playing the tourist is nice sometimes. You only need some casual clothes and a small digital camera.

Playing the photographer, that is even better. You need about the same things, plus a big camera and lens, and a group that believes you are a pro.

My work colleagues and I just did the above last Friday while visiting the Atomium, one of Brussels main tourist attractions. As in, they played the tourists, I played the photographer. Courtesy to the husband who trusted me with his (our) camera.

It is worth mentioning that I have never been there before (I'm no tourist, I live here). Quite a nice view. I do regret that there was really poor visibility, so no great landscape pictures this time. For that it would be worth going again.

I don't think a "pro" would have a handbag, though...

Hey, how are you? Just thought to let you know that I finally managed to write something about your visit on my blog as well! Thanks for the pictures, even though I had no time yet to download them.

Big hug
Nadja
